We have a fantastic opportunity for a Insight Data Analyst to join our CRM, Insightl and Loyalty team based in our Watford Head Office.

This role would suit a graduate in Maths, Statistics/ Sciences as the main purpose of the role is to provide business intelligence and to assist in generating actionable insights for the immediate CRM team and the wider business.

The duties will include the following:

Provide support for full end to end MI and Reporting Process, covering all aspects of the development and delivery cycle from initial requirements gathering through design and development, full end to end testing, and final delivery to the production team for ongoing completionBe able to present analyses from numerical information to using visuals such as diagrams, tables, charts, graphs, and reports.Process and analyse large datasets to produce recommendations and findings.Effectively communicate analysis to various stakeholders across the organisation.Proactively analyse data to unearth consumer trends and / or issues relating to our consumers’ viewing experience.Deliver timely management reports, recommendations and critical insight to the business, which will enable decision making for future business strategy.Develop and utilise software tools such as Excel, SQL or SAS to manipulate, interrogate, interpret, ‘slice and dice’ data to transform it into business intelligence.Assist team in proactively seek out opportunities to add overall value to the businessIdeally you will have previous experience using Excel, SQL OR SAS.
You will be able to build relationships with stakeholders and be confident in presenting your reports
