NAC Group are making significant investment in the development of its engineering and manufacturing provision. We are looking to recruit outstanding lecturers in Engineering to join the existing team. The successful candidate would be required to teach on a range of Engineering programmes at level 2, 3 and 4 delivering a range of subjects which include Level 2 PEO, BTEC Level 2 & Level 3 Extended Diploma and HNC. We have a large number of students and apprentices who attend on full time and day release programmes.

The ideal candidates will have excellent Mechanical or Electrical skills as this will be a major part of the role. An assessor qualification is desirable but not essential. The role will also involve participation in the quality assurance process for the Engineering provision as well as curriculum design and development.

You should have a strong commitment to high standards of classroom practice and experience of teaching or working with young people. You will have a genuine regard for young people and want to work with us to ensure that all our students aspire to do well. The ability to work in a team is essential, sharing good practice and working collaboratively with colleagues are attributes that we are seeking.
