Aviva’s pension arrangements are amongst the most complex in the UK by scale, nature of investment portfolio, and governance. There are currently four UK pension schemes within the Group which are run by three Trustee Boards. In aggregate the schemes have assets of over £20 billion across Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution sections. Total membership exceeds 120,000.

You will be able to clearly communicate technical issues. You will have a strong track record of delivering to time and quality.

Duties & Responsibilities

You will provide high quality quantitative outputs and analysis to support the management of the Aviva staff pension schemes. This will include reporting the impact of the staff pension scheme on the Group’s Solvency II balance sheet in addition to other bases.
