One of our largest clients in the Defence sector has an excellent opportunity for a Graduate Software Support Analyst. The role is based in their Bristol office but they can be flexible on location (including Portsmouth, Bournemouth, Glasgow and Nottingham) and pays a salary of up to £25,000 with great benefits.
As a Graduate Software Support Analyst, you will support the application and technology stack throughout the application lifecycle. This is to include maintenance, support and upgrade. The Graduate Software Support Analyst will also prioritise 1st and 2nd line problems and issues to ensure Applications Services are delivered.
As a Graduate Software Support you will gain the following experience:
- Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and / or Oracle
- Worked in a challenging and complex organisation
- Managing the resolution queue of IT software application
- Supporting High Availability and Critical Systems
This position is based in Bristol and is easily commutable from Bath, Swindon, Weston-Super-Mare Newport, Cardiff, Reading, Gloucester, Oxford and many more.
