Renewables Engineer Aaron Services Ltd is one of the UK's leading specialists in Heating Repairs, Maintenance and Installations. As part of their continued expansion they are looking to recruit conscientious and enthusiastic individuals that have pride in producing work to the highest quality to compliment the existing team. We are recruiting for a Renewables Engineer for the Chelmsford area. Key Responsibilities / Purpose of Job Role: - Working as part of a dedicated Renewables team, responsible for the day to day quality service and repair of Renewables Technologies. - Working closely as a key team player to help ensure service and repair are completed efficiently and effectively. - Encourage understanding of the need for Quality of Work and professional attitudes for future development of the business, creating an environment which encourages employee development, good employee relations, excellent team building and quality standards. - Take care of yourself and others, and ensure that you cooperate with management on all aspects of Health & Safety procedures & legislation. Duties to include: - Carry out service and repair in Client's properties to the highest standards, following instructions from your Renewables Team Leader, Company Procedures, Legislation and Manufacturers Instructions. - Complete all the service and repair to the new heating system commissioning & control set up as per the manufacturer specifications in conjunction with the Renewables Installations Electrician. - Keep up to date with new technologies / industry updates within the Renewables sector. This includes attending manufacturer training courses, training workshops and industry exhibitions as and when necessary. Aaron Services will provide full support and encouragement in this important area. - Provide high levels of Customer Care, ensuring satisfaction is gained from all customers & clients. - Attend structured Tool Box Talks, Training / Meetings, etc as instructed by Line Managers / Management. - Assist in the training and development of fellow employees, apprentices and trainees. - Undertake such other duties, training and / or hours of work as may be reasonably required and which are consistent with the general level of responsibility of this job.
