We are looking to recruit 5 x support workers across our Mental Health services. Support Worker Mental Health Services within Vibrance. Rook Lodge, Orchard Close and Sylvan Road - all based in Redbridge and Wanstead. We are 3 registered Mental health services. Across the 3 services there are a range of people who require varying support. This includes working with the Mental Health recovery star, aging needs, mobility issues, including supporting people to mobilize in wheelchairs. We are looking for Support Workers who are motivated in their approach to supporting people in all areas of their life. This includes insight into their mental health, developing their daily living skills, social and leisure activities, forming friendships/relationships and looking at work/volunteering opportunities as appropriate. You will also be providing personal care to residents where needed. You will be expected to be able to work a shift pattern that includes earlies/lates/nights including weekends and bank holidays.
