Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role requires a high level of knowledge in Windows applications, experience from a similar environment with knowledge of Patient Transport would be highly desirable. Responsible for designing and running reports for operations and the senior management team as well as managing the development between cleric and the company. The job role holder will be expected to ensure all records and administration is correctly maintained and up-to-date. The ideal candidate will be highly competent in front end Windows applications and will be expected to provide the business with a high standard of service that maximises the professional working relationship between the company and the NHS. Duties & Responsibilities: * Designing and running reports * Analysing and processing reports in Excel, including batch files * Troubleshooting, resolving queries and problems with the system * Process improvement, changing how the system is used by the user * Training new users * General administration duties * C-Track (Vehicle Tracker)- running reports on the system, troubleshooting, resolving queries/problems with the system * Processing returned key fobs * Allocating key fobs to new drivers * Setting up user accounts and passwords * Tracker auditing Candidate Requirements: * Proven experience within data analysis administration * Strong administrator who has excellent attention to detail * Experience within a relevant public sector environment is desirable * Excellent people skills and able to communicate to all levels * IT skills * Previous Cleric experience is desirable, training can be provided * Ability to multi task whilst under pressure * Proven ability to be flexible within an environment where priorities are constantly changing * Strong organisation skills * Able to work both individually and in a team * Must have excellent attention to detail * Common sense and able to demonstrate a sense of ownership * Ability to build relationships with internal staff and customers * Must be willing to work flexible shifts, including early starts, late finishes and weekends if necessary All successful applicants will be subject to an enhanced DBS disclosure and previous employment referencing.
