The Role We are now seeking a talented and driven Private Client Lawyer to join our clients` flourishing practice in the Tonbridge area. Working closely with senior members of the department, the successful Lawyer will enjoy a full and varied caseload to include: drafting simple and complex wills; estate administration; succession planning; Court of Protection applications and; trust creation and administration. In addition, the ideal Lawyer will participate in business development activities, building and maintaining strong working relationships with clients and external professionals. The Candidate You must be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least two years` PQE gained within a well-regarded Private Client department. You must have excellent technical skills with broad-ranging expertise. First class client care and communication skills across all levels are essential for the position. Additional accreditations such as STEP are desirable. An aptitude for business development would be highly advantageous. You will be ambitious and flexible with a pro-active approach.
