We're looking for candidates with a strong marketing background to join us. We've got jobs available in our Bristol and York offices. Are you up for the challenge? What's the job? You'll be working as a manager in the corporate Marketing Communications team. This team delivers marketing campaigns and communications to meet the Workplace Benefits and Defined Benefit Solutions corporate business targets for new and existing customers. It also produces marketing support for sales teams to acquire and retain SMEs and large corporates and cross-sell B2B products. Duties and responsibilities: If you get this job, you'll be: - Focusing on complex projects across all marketing channels and providing support for other team membersleading on major workplace mandatory projects and change progammes for Aviva. - Responsible for distribution led and propositional marketing campaigns and literature management targeted at workplace pensions, Defined Benefit Solutions. - Working with propositions, commercial and distribution teams to shape compelling, customer-focussed messages for acquiring new business, retaining existing business, and cross-selling/up selling to existing customers. - Using the latest technology to develop marketing and campaign plans for specific B2B products. - Using your exceptional stakeholder management skills to take campaigns to market. - Working with the UK's best creative and media agencies to deliver stand-out creative to our target audiences. - Measuring the success of campaigns and reporting back on the return on investment. Skills and experience: - Strong knowledge and experience of multi-channel marketing. - Experience of end-to-end marketing delivery with proven personal ownership of campaigns. - Strong experience of identifying and leading innovative marketing activity. - Proven track record for communications delivery, on time and to budget. - Excellent planning and proactive stakeholder management. - Strong understanding of key marketing metrics and focus on trading performance. - Challenges respectfully and comfortably. - Strong planning and proactive stakeholder management. - Broad understanding of life, general insurance and health insurance markets and a deep understanding of the products and their relevance for SME and large corporate customers. - Experience in marketing disciplines: - Digital and social content delivery. - Marketing-led direct trading, including display, PPC and email. - Customer, business or intermediary engagement activity. - Campaign and literature management. - An understanding of new marketing technology (ie Adobe Marketing Cloud) and the potential this offers to transform marketing (desirable but not essential). Qualifications: Desired - Business degree or equivalent. - Relevant marketing/market research qualification (e.g. CIM, IDM) or studying towards.
