SALES MANAGER In line with our expansion, we have an outstanding opportunity for a dynamic Sales Manager to join our highly respected Sales and Marketing Team. You will be responsible for growing our already impressive global sales to the next level by identifying and securing new accounts and orders from Aviation businesses worldwide. You will deliver results with an international customer base, ideally using your own contacts as well as building good relationships with our long term customers and providing them with a sales service that is second to none. We are a highly respected and world recognised designer and manufacturer of power solutions for the Commercial, Aviation, Marine and Military markets with a global client base. The Role - To be the main point of Aviation customers contact globally. - Acquisition of new customers and providing strong relationships with existing customers. - Support marketing and sales, create furnishing leads and supporting the contracts process and other market intelligence through contact with customers. - Work with Field Engineers, Technical Support and Product Support to ensure the best customer focus possible. - To indentify cross selling opportunities with the entire Powervamp product range - Actively participating in Exhibitions and Trade Shows The Person - Ideally you will have Aviation related commercial or industrial sales experience both in the UK and in overseas markets. - Experience with ground power and support equipment would be an advantage. - The successful applicant is likely to have an engineering qualification or background. - You have great interpersonal and sales skills and you have already proven that you can communicate effectively with the customer. - Fluency in English is essential and fluency in Arabic, Mandarin, Portuguese, Russian or Spanish would be an advantage. - Thrives on the independence and flexible work pattern associated with this role. This will involve overseas travel for 60-80 days a year within Europe, Middle East, China and the Asia Pacific region. You be expected to work outside normal working hours when necessary. - Professional, pro-active and driven with a passion for delivering customer satisfaction. - You will need to have the right of abode in the UK and a valid European passport is essential
