Job Summary Our busy, friendly Marketing, Communications and Engagement department would like to meet an enthusiastic, high-energy marketing campaigns manager to join our small but mighty team. You will be responsible for developing, managing and implementing professional, high-quality marketing campaigns across multiple channels, which promote the WYG brand and key messages, engage our target audience and also showcase our people, expertise and successes. Your Role Reporting to the Marketing Campaigns Team Leader and working closely with key stakeholders throughout the whole business you will need to employ the full marketing mix. You will take ownership of a number of marketing campaigns to support the business's growth strategy seeing them through from inception to completion and reporting on return on investment. The role will be hugely varied and include responsibilities such as management of our attendance at exhibitions and other events, development of literature, copy writing and proofreading, production of design briefs for our creative team and advertising to name but a few. About You Ideally, you'll have a marketing related degree, CIM or equivalent qualification, together with experience of marketing in either an agency or an internal team. You will certainly be proficient in all Microsoft software packages. Crucially, you must have a commitment to delivering great results and a demonstrable ability to meet deadlines and targets. You will need to be self motivated, flexible, creative and able to respond to requests at short notice. You will be able to manage and prioritise your own work load, and that of others, while being a team player as part of the wider Marketing, Communications and Engagement function.
