My clients, a thriving company based in Dover are currently looking to recruit a bright, `hands on` Accounts Payable Team Leader to assist an extremely busy Finance Director with all the day to day events and queries that are a hardworking and diverse team brings. The key responsibilities for this role are o Supporting the Finance Manager in all aspects of the AP function o Ensure the Accounts Payable team are replying to all queries in a timely manner and all queries are dealt with correctly and efficiently o Monitor workload sent to and received from the outsourcing team o Monitor turnaround times and highlight any issues o To supervise the Accounts Payable team and offer advice in resolving complex queries o Training of new staff and interns o Work with the Finance Director on new processes and ensure they are implemented effectively o Update and provide timely reporting and KPIS o Assist in appraisals and recruitment o Deal with team issues on a daily basis The successful candidate will have extensive team management experience, along with strong customer service experience and work well under own volition. You must be able to lead by example, prioritise a large workload and work deadlines, whilst being highly accurate with excellent attention to detail.
