We are currently on the lookout for a Project Planner to join our Offshore business. This role will be responsible for implementing project specific planning setup (e.g. integration of package programs) and develop and maintain optimal schedule for projects. You will evalueate consequences of updates and undertake critical path analysis and milestone trend analysis. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to: - Building relationships with the client planner and provide transparency to client via agreed reporting and meetings - Manage contractual obligations regarding planning and include overall necessary activities from contract in schedule - Conduct regular briefing and review of planning topics with PM - Provide transparency to project team via agreed reporting and meetings - Identify schedule related risks and support mitigations - Facilitate the project management team in planning the project - Conduct visual planning workshops - Carry out biweekly planning meetings with package managers to review progress - Include and represent planning topics in team routine (e.g. team meetings, visual planning boards in team area) - Ensure project team is updated and familiarized with program - Contribute to lessons learned regarding planning and share knowledge - Ensure program complies with requirements for standard and portfolio reporting - Ensure archiving and documentation of program at the end To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and experience Ideally, you will be degree educated with proven experience in project planning. You will demonstrate experience of successfully completing large scale projects throughout complete lifecycle. You will have advanced skills in Primavera P6 software and planning related tools and be capable of handling complex and extended scope projects.
