Key Accounts Coordinator - Southampton - Full Time - Salary depending on experience + benefits Are you looking for a role working for a leading building supplies business in Southampton? If so, Elliotts are looking for a Key Accounts Coordinator to join our Key Accounts team in Southampton. We are looking for someone who can maintain good relations and support the growth of new accounts. You will be passionate about delivering excellent customer service and have great attention to detail. We are also looking for you to have some knowledge of the building industry or building product supplies. It has builders merchant branches in Bishops Waltham, Chandler's Ford, Christchurch, Fareham, Fordingbridge, Ringwood, Romsey, Southampton, Tadley and Totton, meaning an Elliotts branch is never more than 20 minutes away from any building site in Hampshire. In addition, it has four kitchen and bathroom showrooms, two specialist tool centres open to the trade and public in Portsmouth and Winchester and its own roofing company, Elliotts Premier Roofing. The Role As a Key Accounts Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting further growth of new accounts. You will be coordinating supply of products to customer sites, building relationships with site staff and company buyers to ensure customer expectations are maintained. Additionally, you will be preparing quotes for goods as required and proactively looking for sales opportunities from existing and new customers. The hours will be 8.00am-5.00pm Monday - Friday.
