Our client is a progressive & dynamic Healthcare organisation, who have a unique opportunity to join an already established team in the Continence Care therapy area. The role will be working as a Market Manager across the Peterborough area. Our client is looking for dynamic and self-motivated individuals who have the desire to develop a long-term career within their business. The Market Manager develops, executes, and communicates the marketing plan for the specific product range, consistent with global strategy. Plays a key role in the positioning of new and current products. Preferred Candidate Background: BS/BA in business, marketing or health sciences. Experience in marketing, preferably a Healthcare focus is desirable. English - written and spoken. Previous sales experience preferred. A current driving licence with no more than 6 points. Role Responsibilities: Works in partnership with the senior marketing team to produce a training programme to educate the sales force. Supports the Senior Market Manager with the objectives for the specific product range/campaigns and evaluate the performance to drive continuous improvement. Provides input and market analysis to for specific product/range to the Senior Market Managers. Responsible for market and competitor intelligence and propose actions to Marketing Director or Senior Market Manager. Works in partnership with Medical Manager, to design elements of a training programme to educate both the sales organisation, Consumer Care and Healthcare professionals and ensure ROI. Initiates and optimise relationships with key opinion leaders and patient associations. Supports the Marketing Director and/or Senior Marketing Manager with the objectives for the specific product range/campaigns and evaluate the performance to drive continuous improvement. Prepares and presents materials at national and regional sales events. Develops and manages the necessary supplier relationships. Gathers customer feedback on product attributes and prototype suggestions for both current and next generation products. Responsible for market and competitor intelligence and take the appropriate action. Works in partnership with Medical Manager, to design elements of a training programme to educate both the sales organisation, Consumer Care, healthcare professionals and end-users to ensure ROI. Initiates and optimises relationships with key opinion leaders and patient associations. Provides input to the objectives for the specific product range/campaigns and evaluate the performance to drive continuous improvement. Role Specific Competencies: IT literate with strong analytical skills. Able to influence NHS staff at the highest levels. Flexible "can do" attitude needed to thrive in a fast-growing company.
