Our client is a global insurance company and employs more than 37,000 people and has more than 27 million customers worldwide. They arecurrently recruiting for a Team Leader in the Travel Insurance Claims Department. You will be responsible for managing a team of Travel Claims Call Handlers, ensuring that all customer interaction is handled in accordance with all regulatory and Company procedures and delivers an excellent customer experience. The Role: - Lead, motivate and manage a team of Claims Call Handlers to ensure all customer interactions are handled promptly, professionally and in accordance with the Company's standards - To adhere to FCA Training & Competence requirements and Company quality targets. - Proactively identify opportunities to improve Claim Handling. - To ensure any potential fraud indicator is identified and acted on. Experience and Technical Knowledge: - Previous experience of managing a Call Handler team, ideally within a Claims environment. - Proven supervisory and coaching skills. - A good understanding of FCA regulations and TCF (treating customers fairly). Working Hours: Working 37.5 hours per week, across Monday - Friday, although some flexibility may be required to meet future business needs.
