The Technical Sales Engineer role will be joining an existing team and working on a specific geographical area. Job Description: - Assisting clients with their requirements; processing quotes, dealing with technical specs and working to targets to exceed expectations - Making contacts with prospective clients and building a new client base - Visiting clients businesses or site to promote the business and services - To follow up on new enquiries and quotes sent to clients - Looking after a client from the start to the end of the process of a new project Ideally, a successful candidate would have some experience in the following: - Sales experience - either face to face or over the telephone - Previous employment knowledge within the engineering, construction or design sectors - The ability to read technical specs / drawings - Ideally someone who has estimator skills - Someone who can handle numerous projects This role would suit people who also have the following experience: Project engineer, technical estimator or have worked within the water, construction or building services industry Salary: Competitive plus excellent benefits including company car, laptop, cash back health care scheme and pension Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week (some flexibility is necessary due to the nature of the role) Brampton Recruitment are an independent Commercial and Accounts & Finance recruitment agency working in partnership with employers spanning Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire, Cheshire, and the Greater Manchester region.
