Group CRM Manager with a solid CRM background, excellent interpersonal, organisational and strategic skills is required for a well-established, leading Company based in Chorley, Lancashire, North West England. Working as the Group CRM Manager you will report directly to the Head of Group Marketing in this newly created role, leading delivery and optimisation of group CRM plan, delivering targeted personalised campaigns through identifying and understanding core customer segments and transforming customer relationship capability across the Group. As the Group CRM Manager you will be responsible for devising and implementing the CRM strategy to increase engagement through the customer and prospect life cycle in line with the company vision and values. DUTIES Your duties and responsibilities as the CRM Manager / Campaign Marketing Executive: - Lead the delivery and optimisation of the UK-wide Group CRM plan ensuring each brand is delivering the best experience for the Company's prospects and customers - driving loyalty and competitive advantage - Drive engagement within the business and proactively manage adoption at all levels, including senior stakeholder - Optimise the solution to drive measurable sales force efficiencies - Create and manage Group-wide performance dashboards - Responsible for delivering targeted CRM campaigns - Understand value of customer segments and devising strategies to effectively target the individual segments - Connect across the Group to devise bespoke strategies to meet the varying business needs and add value - Analyse results, identify trends and recommend courses of action for the businesses - Track CRM industry innovation to continually improve our approach IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS - A background in CRM and/or marketing - Proven ability to work across multiple brands or projects - Experience of migration of CRM data - Experience in initial implementation of CRM would be advantageous - Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal and presentation skills - Ability to demonstrate how your strategies have driven value for both customers and businesses - Strong numerical skills with an analytical, problem solving mindset - Be proactive, motivated and metrics driven - Ability to work under pressure - Adaptable to change - This is a new and unestablished role that will constantly evolve HOW TO APPLY To be considered for this job vacancy, please submit your CV to our Recruitment Team who will review your details.
