Part time 1st Line Support / Helpdesk Analyst - 16 hours - can work around school pick up times, Keynsham, Bristol £15-18,000 pro rata plus extensive benefits RT Consulting are partnering with a successful and large defence company who is looking for 2 new Part time 1st Line Support / Helpdesk Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis. They offer a great starting salary of £15-18,000 plus very good benefits including Bonus, Pension, Health care. Ideally the hours will be Monday to Thursday 10-2pm however they can be flexible. You will need to be very customer focused and be a good team playing, whilst being able to meet deadlines. As the successful First Line Support / Helpdesk Analyst, you will be responsible for: - New account set-ups - Incident management - Password resets - Maintaining the company high standards - License management You will be based in Keynsham, Bristol, therefore commutable from Bath and Bristol. There will be good progression opportunities with the position and company and you will need to be security cleared, satisfying the UK Security Clearance requirements for this role (SC Clearance).
