Tax Advisor sought for leading law firm in Kent. The Role The successful Tax Advisor will take on a varied and full caseload managing all tax matters on probate including Income Tax and Capital Gains Tax. Confidently and efficiently dealing with the completion of Tax returns; submissions to the HMRC; preparing trust accounts and; arranging payments, it is fundamental that confidentially is ensured and crucial compliance with procedures are met whilst checking tax computations and organising expenses. Assessing performance, you will identify potential problems and competently report to the appropriate partners. You must be highly numeric with impeccable attention to detail. You must have thorough knowledge of income tax and capital gains. It would be of an advantage if you were a member of the chartered institute of taxation but this is not essential.
