As part of our Ecommerce team, the Ecommerce Exec will work alongside the existing Ecommerce Execs and report in to the Digital Marketing Lead: Role and Responsibilities: - Daily monitoring of the Footasylum's desktop (and mobile site), conducting regular website checks to ensure high performance - Ensure that key categories are fully merchandised and up to date with new products - Work with the digital analyst to collate website statistics and product sales data to enhance web trading performance and identify best/underperforming areas - Responsible for the planning, maintenance and communication of the digital marketing calendar - Working with the marketing agency in the execution of key campaigns across core digital channels including but not limited to; email, PPC, social media and affiliates - Ensuring that all website content is accurate and enhanced for SEO purposes for main campaigns, offers, service content (FAQs, etc), feature content and product - Liaising with multiple teams, to approve suitable products to be included on the website and all featured marketing communications - Ensure all customer communications are accurate, consistent and delivered on time across multiple channels - Improving the overall customer experience Your profile: - Passion for the product - Strong communication skills, with the ability to confidently liaise with multiple teams - Attention to detail with experience of proof reading and ensuring accurate representation of key campaigns across multiple channels - Exceptional planner and organiser when allocating time and resource to meet deadlines and identify key seasonal peaks and troughs - Works as part of a team to achieve common goals, actively contributes to the team, supporting other team members. Knows when to ask for help - Passion for creativity, actively encouraging input from others. Working together to create best outcome/result for the team - Experience or understanding of analytics packages such as Google Analytics - Knowledge of PPC, SEO and affiliate channels advantageous but not essential There's no shortage of benefits!
