Sue Ross Legal are currently recruiting for a Legal Secretary to join the well-respected Litigation team within our client's Doncaster based office. Your duties within this role would include; - Bighand audio typing and copy typing letters, emails, client engagement letters - Conducting conflict and AML searches - Creating new clients and new matters on Partners for Windows - Filing, closing and archiving files - Billing, raising cheques and BACS payments - Updating business development reports - Answering and screening incoming telephone calls - Processing incoming and outgoing post - Booking court appointments - Settling third party invoices eg counsel fees, raising cheque and covering letter For this role you should have excellent organisational skills along with very quick audio and copy typing speeds. Ideally we are looking for candidates with litigation experience, however applications from candidates who have extensive secretarial experience gained in other legal disciplines may also be considered.
