Seeking Holiday cover for a Medical Secretary/Administrator- £ Competitive salary- Flexible hours Hales are currently recruiting for a Medical Secretary/Administrator in the Diss area. This is temporary cover which will involve providing holiday cover for particular dates across the next few months. The suitable candidate will need to have Medical knowledge and have the following requirements- - Audio typing experience - Medical knowledge - Attention to detail - Experience on using an electronic referral system or 'choose and book system' - NHS or medical background Duties will include- - Taking responsibility for a variety of administrative duties for medical clients - Medical Administration - Booking appointments and organising customers referrals - Using Microsoft word regularly to carry out medical reports - Data Entry - Audio typing - Follow and maintain working instructions, making improvements if necessary. Due to the nature of the role, the ideal candidate will have an in-depth experience with Microsoft Office products, including: Outlook, Word and Excel. Applicants will need to ideally come from a medical background and have strong recent experience in administration. Working hours can be flexible for this role however dates needing to be covered at present are in October and in January, then continuing on throughout next year as and when needed. The perfect candidate would be someone on 'bank' with a previous medical background, retired in the medical industry and looking for a few days' work or someone who may work shifts or part time hours.
