The role This role will assist the Financial Reporting department in performing month end and other reporting tasks. Key Responsibilities - Fixed asset capex administrator - review and approval of capex requisitions - Fixed asset maintenance - Review fixed asset to general ledger and clearing account reconciliations prepared by the BPO - Liaison between the divisions and the BPO for fixed asset changes e.g. additions, disposals, transfers - Preparation of journal entries for bank transactions of the Group's financing company - Monthly payroll processing - Liaison with BPO for balance sheet payroll postings - Review of control account reconciliations prepared by the BPO - Liaison with payroll to resolve differences on the control account - Review of accounts receivable and accounts payables reconciliations and resolving any differences - Balance sheet reconciliations - Preparation of statutory accounts for dormant - Preparation and submission of National Statistics forms - Helping the team with preparing and collating information requested by internal and external audit Skills and Competencies - Ability to work on their own initiative and manage / prioritise workloads effectively - Good analytical / problem solving skills - Willingness to work collaboratively with the external BPO team and local finance teams - AAT Studier We are an equal opportunities employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive culture.
