Enthusiastic Family Solicitor required for a well accredited firm in Bradford. The firm Our clients is a niche and leading practice well regarded for their excellent client services. Catering for individual and business needs in Bradford and the surrounding counties, they boast of a diverse and loyal client following. They also pride themselves with a dedicated team of professional lawyers and support staff who have acquired many years of experience in their individual fields of work. They are now seeking an enthusiastic Family Solicitor to join their team in Bradford. The role An enthusiastic Family Solicitor is now required within a busy department in Bradford. A fantastic opportunity, this is ideally suited to a qualified Solicitor with NQ to two years PQE and good client care skills. You will also be looking to develop your career within a reputable firm. Advising on general family law, your matters will include: domestic abuse and injunctions; ancillary relief; drafting and reviewing pre and post nuptial agreements; cohabitation disputes; financial matters; Children Act applications; matrimonial issues; and conducting advocacy in Courts. In addition, the successful Family Solicitor will be willing to commute to one of our clients other office based in Keighley therefore having own transport will be very advantageous but not essential.
