THE ROLE - Manage the customer Technical libraries to ensure they are appropriately maintained. - All the specifications are live and current with the necessary due diligence certificates uploaded - The Quality Attribute Specifications (QAS) are present and managed accordingly for their relevance, control and issue. - Generate and verify artwork and finished printed packaging and labels to ensure compliance with customers and legal requirements. - Capture, record and manage customer and product information and complaints. - Generate technical reports. - Maintain effective lines of communication between departments. - Provide support where appropriate to meet the needs of the business and the customer. - Manage the internal Bill of Material system, ensuring accuracy with sign from commercial/production/finance/Technical MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Manage new products and amendments to existing - Build and maintain customer specifications on online systems. Manage new products and amendments to existing - Build and maintain internal QAS documents for Technical and production use. - Build and maintain SAP and Reflex system BOM's. Manage new products and amendments to existing. - Manage approval of Cutter guides for all pre-printed artwork - Manage approval of pre-printed film artwork - Coordination of brand packaging and internal approval with internal teams REQUIREMENTS - Degree in Food Technology or a related discipline, or significant industry experience in a similar role. - HACCP - Ability to correspond professionally in writing with suppliers and customers - Display a methodical and organised approach to managing workload. - Display an ability to meet demanding timescales. - Ability to provide a reliable and efficient service with the minimum of supervision. - Knowledge of Outlook / Excel / Word / SAP REMUNERATION Salary is dependent on experience.
