Why not have a look at the Data tribe video: [URL removed] What you'll do: * Deliver KPI targets for our new customer lifecycle campaigns * Collaborate with CRM teams to plan, monitor and optimise our CRM journeys for new customers * Work closely with insight teams to understand our new customers and in particular identify opportunities where CRM drive value * Build a relationship with marketing teams to understand activity which would appeal to new customers and work with them to capitalise on these opportunities * Coordinate optimisation tests across CRM journey's for new customers * Closely monitor reporting to understand trends and ongoing performance * Compile and maintain accurate documentation of journeys * Communicating results and educating the business on our new customer activity How you'll work: Reporting directly the CRM Strategy and Analytics Manager you will collaborate with all of our CRM teams with key interactions with the following areas; * CRM Planners - Work with the planners to coordinate resource and plans. * CRM Decisioning - Work with the team to design new customer journeys and targeting. * CRM Communications - Work with the comms team to optimise the engagement with the communications to new customers * Insight/CRM Analytics - Work with these teams to ensure we have the ability to accurately measure the effect of journeys for new customers and that we have the granularity to optimise the end to end journey Why should you work for us?
