Product Governance Consultant Norwich London Perth Job ID: R-55547 Full time We have exciting opportunities available for Governance Consultants within our General Insurance Product & Propositions Team. You will have accountability for delivery of specific initiatives and insight across the governance and conduct agenda and we are seeking individuals that are passionate about improving customer outcomes. As a member of the team you have the opportunity to influence the products that we offer to our customers and ensure that our products provide real customer value. You will be providing information and insight into senior committees and board meetings. You will enjoy liaising with a wide range of colleagues to support new product regulatory developments and making a key contribution to the development of policy governing product management. You will also work with colleagues to ensure product risks are actively mitigated and appropriate ongoing product oversight is in place delivering improved customer outcomes. You'll enjoy taking personal responsibility for your own workload, continually prioritising to ensure you are delivering excellent customer outcomes. Skills, Knowledge & Experience: - Understanding of UK General Insurance market. - Deep understanding of compliance and regulatory issues. - Ability to work with detail and to paint the bigger picture. - Ability to analyse and provide insight on trends and identify changes within General Insurance Products. - Excellent presentation & interpersonal skills. - High level of personal credibility. - Experience working through complex and difficult issues. - Experience of customer orientated thinking and deliverables.
