OIM is a new initiative to secure Segregation of Duty conflicts across our entire IT landscape. An exciting and challenging opportunity for an Application Manager to take responsibility for and manage the e2e entire service and interlock with IT & Finance auditors for all Segregation of Duties identified and mitigate them. This role will further augment into SAP-SNC function which is required to optimise our SAP license costs, and will also interlock with SAP-GRC (used to manage SAP role-design & Segregation of Duties) team and rationalise the process to industry best standards and reduce our operating costs. Security and Control (SNC) and OIM Managing the architecture and governance across our IT-systems landscape including Licensing cost optimisation & any SoD conflicts, the responsibilities will span further across driving improvement and service transformation targets across both Finance (SAP) vertical and our core identity management tool (OIM). Besides managing the core SNC framework compliance with Auditors and stake-holders, it is expected that resource will be able to take on any new opportunities that appear in the FIN vertical as we grow towards a larger T&L organisation in near future. Other responsibilties include: Ø Drive cost leadership by profiling our user needs and match to correct license types Ø Identity and Access Management predominantly using Oracle Access Manager 10g Suite Proficiency Ø Multi-Tasking capabilities and ability to work on multiple environment and projects as necessary under tighter SLAs for crunch situations Ø Responsible for availability and performance of applications, in particular driving incident and problem RCAs to cost-effective solutions Ø Responsible for improvement projects, working with Service Management CSI & Problem Management teams to ensure appropriate prioritisation and closure Ø Providing specialist knowledge to all stakeholders Ø Partnering with other Application Managers and Service Managers to resolve incidents and problems across system landscape Ø Partnering with business liaisons and technical teams to understand and define system goals (NFRs), issues and technical system requirements Who we are looking for: 8-10 years of past experience A proven track record of managing applications effectively Previous roles might include IT Analyst, Technical and Business Analyst, Project Manager, Application Manager OIM, SAP and SNC experience ITIL Certification Application Maintenance Application Portfolio Management Project Management Requirements Management Risk/return analysis Software Testing Contact me today about this or other roles within our growing organisation
