Experis is currently seeking an MI Analyst to join a reports team in their Altrincham office on a permanent basis. Experis is a leading IT recruitment firm and part of the larger Manpower Group. Our friendly office is located in Altrincham close to bus, train and metro transport links and is one of five large offices across the UK & Ireland employing nearly 350 full time staff. This role will be working across Experis' largest Strategic Accounts, within the central MI function. This is a very exciting time to join the reports team, as the successful candidate will have the opportunity to become an expert with a number of different reporting interfaces, as well as being put through comprehensive analysis training, with a view to earn an industry certification. Job Purpose: *To be accountable for the development and ongoing production of regular management information and performance measures using a variety of systems and data analysis tools including various Client VMS Systems and MS Excel. *To be accountable for the accuracy and overall quality of management information produced for both internal and external stakeholders. *To improve the quality and availability of the management information used internally by, and external to, the CORE teams. *To assist in the identification of MI areas for improvement across the business processes and systems used by Experis. *To expand the usage and application of data analysis tools across the CORE teams *To act as an expert regarding the MI processes and systems used by Experis to deliver CORE objectives. *To quickly acquire a detailed understanding and knowledge of the reporting and analysis tools used by the central reporting team. *To maintain accuracy and integrity of departmental reporting and analytical tools This is an exciting time to join the Experis Reports team, as we are implementing a new Applicant Tracking System and a new data analysis tool, which will be going live in the final quarter of the year, which will not only mean working with the most cutting edge technology the industry has to offer, but you also be able to work on processes/procedures that will be redefined under the introduction of these new systems. Essential Skills: *Excellent Excel skills (Formatting, table creation, pivot tables, vlookups) *Ability to communicate effectively with all levels and functions across the Experis organisation and present data and MI. *Proactive, analytical approach to problem solving and the ability to see a project through from inception to completion. *Ability to effectively operate as part of a team or as an individual as required. *Ability to influence change to drive operational performance and efficiency.
