Footasylum have an exciting opportunity for an experience and highly organised administrator to our expanding retail support team. If you have the experience we are looking for and are driven to succeed then this could be the perfect role for you. Role and Responsibilities: - Putting together Merchandising orders for new and existing stores. - Working alongside designers and contractors to put orders together. - Managing existing store requirements of equipment. - Liaising with metal work fabricators, lighting and display fabricators to ensure the correct equipment is being delivered and within correct time frames. - Liaising with Area Managers, VM field team as support on any equipment that is needed for the stores. - Mainly office based work but can require some travel. Working hours: can involve some unsocial hours including weekends, evenings and new store openings. Your profile: - Excellent project management and organisation skills. - Proficient in Maths and excellent IT skills. - Excellent working knowledge of Adobe suite (Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator) - Good negotiating and influencing skills. - Ability to mutli task whilst working under pressure. - Ability to develop strong relationships with suppliers to ensure smooth progression of products on a day to day basis. - Ability to delegate, work as part of a team - Have strong motivational skills - Good verbal and written communication skills.
