Wonderful opportunity to join a leading law firm with offices based in the Chilterns. This is a full-time role and you will need to have previous experience within a Legal Secretary/ Legal admin role to ensure you are familiar with the terminology and documentation. This is an admin focused role that will predominantly involve the processing of billings (no billings experience needed as training will be provided) Duties alongside the billing processing will include: - Some Audio and Copy typing - File opening and closing - Filing timesheets and correspondence - Checking deeds in and out of the storage facility - Printing, scanning, copying documents - Ad hoc data input - Checking lengthy documentation and proofreading - Completing Legal forms - Billing tasks: liaising with fee earners to ensure client monies are taken into account - Preparation of Bills - Dealing with telephone queries from clients and accounts relating to bills This is a fantastic chance for an experienced Legal Secretary whi is happy to process the billings and to secure a role within close proximity to home.
