Play a key part in maintaining the ethos and framework of the service management function in the company as the business continues to grow rapidly over the next few years.Implement ITIL based standards and faces the challenge of keeping the same high service standards that are currently in placeand making sure they aremaintained as the company grows. Track & manage customer satisfaction levels with the intention of constantly improving the customer experience. Develop and implement process improvement and management tools Improve efficiency & productivity. Prepare & present service reports to operational board. Manage the engineering team which consists of telecoms engineers, IT engineers, and cablers, identifying their strengths and weaknesses, mentor, train, appraise and develop team members. Coach and mentor the leadership team. Skills required: You will be a service management professional, with a track record of success at a senior level service management function, within telecoms and IT. You should be tenacious by nature, an excellent motivator and communicator and someone that stops at nothing to solve a customer problem. You must have excellent working knowledge of data networks, VoIP and IP. This role may suit someone that has experience working within SME's rather than a larger company, you will have played a strategic part in shaping the framework of an evolving business. It is likely that you are well versed / accredited in ITIL standards. About the company: Unify are international leaders in our field of telecoms and IT.
