As Affiliate Manager, you will be responsible for the recruitment, performance and development of our affiliates and the affiliate program across all markets. Your main role will be to define, implement and manage our affiliate strategy in each market, using best practice, data insights and collaboration with your colleagues. You will initially manage all affiliate marketing relationships, ensure affiliates are driving incremental sales, monitoring for unusual activity and building strong relationships with top affiliate partners. Responsibilities: - Develop an affiliate marketing strategy to scale digital revenues coming through the channel - Creating and negotiating strategic partnerships to deliver revenue growth and ROI - Monitor and analyse affiliate performance based on standards KPIs such as conversion rate/player value/ROI - Identify and cultivate top performers and develop incentive programs to reward key Casino and Sports affiliate partners - Create monthly promotions and communications to affiliate marketers - Collaborate with the internal operational and creative teams to continuously improve landing pages and overall marketing and merchandising campaigns through the affiliate network - Develop affiliate recruitment and affiliate program marketing campaigns - Implement strategies to increase quality and yield of Casino and Sports affiliate partners - Attend industry events and keep updated on industry trends - Responsible for Affiliated sales results in all markets - Monitor and analyse affiliate performance to measure effectiveness and profitability - Develop affiliate recruitment and affiliate program marketing campaigns Qualifications and Requirements - 2+ years in Affiliate Management (Sports and/or Casino) - Affiliate portfolio in UK and rest-of-English speaking world - An established affiliate network in the iGaming industry - Strong negotiation, analytical and implementation skills - High comfort with data analysis and using data to make informed decisions - Knowledge of affiliate and direct marketing best practices - Strong analytics and Excel skills - Professional communication skills for phone, emails and chats with affiliates - Eagerness to learn and contribute with ideas to make continuous improvements
