Job Title: Channel Marketing Manager (Private Sector) My client is currently recruiting for a Channel Marketing Manager for the private sector. Working in the marketing department, the successful candidate will report directly into the Marketing Director. My client is well established in the Audiology industry and the successful candidate will be Responsible for planning, Organising and executing field and channel marketing programs to generate new business, drive cross sell/up-sell opportunities and improve client retention. You should enjoy being the expert in your field, keen to jointly create a strategic vision for your region whilst being able to execute flawlessly. The role is based on the road for 3 days a week and 2 days a week in the office. Key Task & Responsibilities: - As experienced marketer you will have a proven track record of developing and implementing multi-channel consumer marketing strategies. - Be able to engage key customers in joint marketing initiatives that drive business - Work with the Marketing Services team to execute agreed plans - Establish a marketing leadership position for my client by quickly identifying customer needs and creating programs that match them. - Become the key point of contact for consumer marketing in your channel whilst continuously exceeding customer expectations, on time and within budget. - Work with the Brand and Communications manager to execute best in class comms plans and product launches. - Manage your channel marketing loyalty program(s) and associated budgets/ contracts/ rebates. - Support our premium brand position through the delivery of true value added services. - Establish my client as the true marketing experts in the channel - Continuously remain updated with the latest marketing techniques and platforms - Build brand equity and differentiate Vs other suppliers - Produce well written, engaging B2C & B2B copy for a variety of marketing collateral - Present to large audiences competently and confidently - Competent user of cloud based marketing platforms & CRM - Attend all industry conferences and exhibitions Qualifications & Experience: Essential: GCSE's A-C + a Marketing Degree or equivalent. At least 5 years' experience in a pure marketing role (agency or client side) Advantageous: (A) in English literature/language. Postgrad marketing qualification & Previous marketing experience with a manufacturer or reseller.
