Sue Ross Legal are currently recruiting for an Insolvency Solicitor to work in the Leeds based office of our client, a well-known and respected, regional firm of Solicitors. You will be working as part of a team who acts for all types of businesses from small companies to large national organisations. Duties will include; - Advising insolvency practitioners on all aspects of insolvency - Acting for banks and other lenders, advising on their security arrangements and how to strengthen their position - Protecting businesses and their personnel against potential negative consequences of an investigation or prosecution - Advising directors of their duties and obligations prior to any informal insolvency - Guiding clients through the insolvency process - Acting for individuals buying businesses and/or assets out of insolvency - Handling large and complex property portfolio disposals for administrators and LPA receivers For this role our client is looking for someone who has previous experience handling their own caseload comprising the above duties and who is circa 3-5 PQE (however this a guide only and candidates with more or less experience may also be considered).
