An exciting role has arisen for a Legal Assistant/Secretary looking to move forward in Conveyancing. Ideally the right candidate will already have experience from within a Conveyancing Department and will being taking on responsibilities delegated by existing fee earners at all levels within the department. The ability to work under own initiative is key for this position. Duties may include: * Liaising with clients, other solicitors and agents * Prepare documentation and the file in readiness for exchange and completion * Prepare Completion Statements * Maintaining and updating files * Diary Management You will have excellent communication skills, accurate and quick typing as well as knowledge and understanding of the Microsoft Office suite.
