Responsibilities of the Network Services Apprentice: - You'll be doing a real role within the society whilst studying towards a Level 3 Advanced Infrastructure Technician Apprenticeship. - Whilst on the apprenticeship you'll have the opportunity to do all the tasks required as a team member and have all the coaching and support that you need to ensure that you are continuously learning and improving in your new job. In addition to your new role, we will provide a full company induction, on the job training, development and support from Nationwide as well as your own Apprentice Training Provider Assessor. - As part of your role, you'll be involved in a variety of tasks such as providing technical support services, using your problem-solving skills by resolving low complexity faults as well as assisting with the build, implementation and roll out of new technical solutions. - You'll take responsibility for your own work, and will need to use your own initiative to solve problems. You'll also be an excellent communicator by interpreting capacity and performance events and make recommendations for action, also assisting in the risk assessment of technical changes to ensure they are properly planned and executed. Requirements of the Network Services Apprentice: As a minimum requirement, you'll: - Have achieved a Grade C in Maths and English Language GCSE (or equivalent) - It would be nice if you also had: - Advanced IT skills, particularly in Word, Powerpoint and Excel - A strong attention to detail Benefits: If you put a lot in, it's only fair you should get a lot out.
