Call us on ************* JOB TITLE: Childcare Lawyer - Derbyshire PQE REQUIRED: 12 months+ PQE LOCATION: Derbyshire (Commutable from; Ashbourne, Buton upon Trent, Derby, Loughborough & Nottingham) SALARY: Dependent on experience THE ROLE: This exicitng role will see the successful individiual dealing with matters such as a range of public and private Children Cases including: Child abduction, Child Protection Issues and Special Guardianship and adoption matters as well as undertaking your own advocacy. You will possess experience in family law, care proceedings and of legal aid in both family/care proceedings and of CCMS THE CANDIDATE: The successful Childcare Lawyer must be registered with the Law Society on the Family and/or Children Panel and have a passion for public funded Family/Child Care work. The driven and passionate Childcare Lawyer will have experience in advocacy, along with superb organisational and communications skills. Possessing the ability to build strong working relationships the successful Childcare Lawyer will have particular strengths in dealing with clients and other members of the team. Working in a pressurised environment, the appointed Childcare Lawyer will be both professional and proactive in their approach to their duties. With a can-do attitude the successful Chidlcare Lawyer will be joining a highly established and respectd team within Derbysihire.
