The Opportunity
Looking for an experienced Engineer to manage in service product quality planning and non-conformance management, within this role there is scope to gain experience of and develop into a Product Assurance Manager.
A unique opportunity to network with and gain visibility of a large variety of MBDA’s functions/activities across all sites
This involves working within a customer facing environment, with a dynamic and experienced Project Team.

The Roles – Customer Support & Services (CSS)
  • Support CSS directorate by assuring in service support activities comply with BMS process requirements and contractual standards.
  • Identify risks and critical issues with mitigation solutions with the aim of reducing rework and increasing Customer satisfaction.
  • Non-conformance manager for in-service products

What are we looking for?
  • Engineer with experience of quality management systems, techniques and processes.
  • Practical knowledge of non-conformance management process and SAP business tool
  • HND level qualification with experience within Engineering or Quality Assurance
  • Experience of working within project environment and able to operate effectively as part of project team
