Sue Ross Recruitment currently have a fantastic opportunity working with a successful Sheffield-based charity. Working within the HR Team, you will have a key role in the development and implementation of quality assurance systems across the organisation, to improve the ways in which quality and effectiveness of delivery are monitored. You will work across several teams and departments, monitoring their activity, evaluating the impact, and sharing learning. Duties and responsibilities include; * Supporting the design, development, and evaluation of quality assurance systems and frameworks to recommend and implement changes, ensuring continuous improvement * Coordinating internal audit and external evaluations of services to ensure a consistent approach to preparation and support for relevant staff, in line with Quality Assurance Policies * Supporting the design and delivery of service user/partner consultation and social research to ensure that services meet the needs of users * Working with the Business Development team to ensure that programmes are designed with adequate quality, evidence and impact measures to ensure commitment to continuous service improvement * Supporting colleagues, staff and volunteers from the organisation with evaluation planning, implementation and monitoring tasks * Working collaboratively as a member of the HR Team to ensure that consistent and effective approaches are maintained * Undertaking market research to inform and fluence quality and impact through consultation with service user groups * Preparing and presenting audit findings and reports to the Senior Management Team The successful candidate will have proven demonstrable experience working within a data analysis function, as well as a good understanding of various IT systems and meticulous attention to detail.
