A market leader in test and measurement technology requires a Sales and Support Technician to take responsibility for sales order processing and be the first point of contact for customer. The Sales and Support Technician, based on a client site neat Bedford, will be involved with taking full ownership of a client enquiry through to completion including: - Providing prompt and efficient responses to customers for repair or service, quotations, technical support and maintenance renewals - Creating quotes and issuing to customers - Converting of quotes to orders - Providing accurate instructions on repair / calibration orders - Providing support to Applications Engineers and Field Sales Engineers The post holder should be qualified to A Level with experience in a similar role including: - High level of commercial awareness - Ability to build strong relationships - A proactive approach to learning - Proficient in the use of MS Office, SAP CRM and SAP ERP - Excellent written and verbal communications The role of Sales and Service Support Technician offers a competitive salary and benefits.
