IFA Administrator Full time or Part time, 3-5 days per week. A fantastic opportunity for an experienced IFA Administrator to join a small but expanding Wealth Management organisation in central Bath. Working within a close knit, friendly team, you will be providing administrative support to the Advisors. Key responsibilities: - Produce all relevant paperwork for the client on behalf of the Adviser including, quotations, illustrations and valuations. - Process new business documentation in accordance with the agreed service and quality standards. - Deal with basic queries from clients, Advisers or colleagues, taking the appropriate action to ensure the query is dealt with in a timely and professional manner. - To deliver excellent client service in accordance with FCA guidelines. - Ensure that information on the database is up to date and accurate. - Liaising with Para planners with LOAs and external company communications - Marketing lead on client communications and events - To develop and maintain good working relationships with Advisers, colleagues and management in order to provide an efficient and effective service to the clients and Advisers. Skills/experience required: - Experience within a financial services support role - Excellent communication skills - Able to organise and prioritise effectively - Good MS Office skills - An excellent team player - Exceptional attention to detail - Excellent written and telephone manner This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a growing organisation who offer a friendly working environment and invest in their employees.
