Employer Description A small friendly dental surgery & laboratory focused on expanding our professional services for patients interested in receiving high quality and advanced private dental care. We have expertise in cosmetic dentistry, preserving teeth, dental implants, restoring challenging cases, using new digital dental technologies and will soon also introduce facial aesthetics. Job Description Currently seeking an ambitious individual for a Digital Marketing Apprentice position with a young, dynamic dental business in the Leeds area. The candidate will have prior knowledge of IT, social media, websites & be keen to develop within an applied marketing role. Duties/ Responsibilities - Start with a 12-15 month Digital Marketing apprenticeship, consisting of training in small groups and work-based assessment, covering: Search - SEO and PPC, Design, Online advertising, Email marketing, Social Media and image and video editing - Manage all social media channels for new websites, Facebook & Google. - Develop each on-line presence in new websites, Facebook & Google etc. - Find & draft interesting content that can be shared to drive traffic - Develop social media & marketing strategies to gain a bigger following in order to increase traffic & business growth - Monitor & develop both digital & general marketing strategies - Work with team members, 3rd parties and trading partners to ensure delivery of solutions are correctly met and within agreed timescales - Develop appreciation of dentistry through patient interactions within a reception role and possibly in depth knowledge through a dental course - Develop business IT applications & marketing through integrated study & personal development - Progress into a well-educated & qualified professional team member Qualities / essential requirements - Enthusiasm for social media, IT, marketing and dentistry - Interested in personal development through business IT applications or a dental course, e.g. dental nursing - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Good organisation skills and be willing to learn - Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently - High attention to detail with problem solving skills - Ambition, strong work ethic and open to new ideas Desired Qualifications Minimum 5 GCSE Grades (C and above) or equivalent, including Maths and English. A levels or higher preferred.
