What you'll do: Sky Gaming are looking for an experienced content creator with a passion for creating seamless, intuitive customer journeys. You will form part of a team of seven with line management responsibility for two Gaming Operations Executives. The team as a whole are tasked with delivering the marketing plans for our four Gaming brands, Sky Vegas, Sky Casino, Sky Bingo and Sky Poker. This primarily covers off the creation and crediting of marketing promotions and the production of the accompanying on site content.This role will have a very specific focus on the customer experience and the effectiveness of our content in getting people through our promotional funnels How you'll do it: Key elements of the role will be: * Collaboration - Working closely with our UX and Product teams to establish best practice guidelines across the products * Optimisation - Working with our conversion team to set up AB testing of page structures to help improve uptake rates on offers * Customer Feedback - Working closely with our customer operations team to understand the pain points our customers face * Coaching & Developing - Ensuring our people have development plans in place and receive regular coaching How we work: To be successful in this role you will: * Have effective communication skills with the ability to network across functions and influence at all levels * Be self-motivated, confident and outgoing with a genuine desire to succeed and go the extra mile * Naturally challenge the status quo and continually look for ways to improve our customer experiences * Be data and feedback driven. Everything you do should be in response to customer feedback or AB testing results * Have exemplary attention to detail - You'll need to set the bar high in terms of what is good enough to go in front of our customers and ensure all content meets these standards * Have experience of or a desire to move into line management. Coaching and developing your direct reports and embedding your enthusiasm and standards across the team are key to success in this role Industry experience is advantageous but by no means essential.
