We are looking for a strong Project Administrator or Analyst who is used to working on large scale management reports in Excel. You will be used to analysing data, working with costings and projections and reviewing and producing this data within a complex excel spreadsheet. You must be at Intermediate or Expert level in Excel. You will be exposed to data for projects valued into millions of pounds and will be used to managing data across numerous reports at any one time. You will develop bespoke Excel spreadsheets, tailored to specific requirements, such as professional Dashboards for accurate and effective data analysis and charts for project progress. You will understand the need for increased speed and functionality through automation and will provide regular report production along with support and maintenance as required. You will also be required to create Word templates, including vba macros and document maintenance, as well as effective PowerPoint presentations, including template development, for professional results, as well as accurately converting PDF to Word, Excel or PowerPoint. This is a service and manufacturing environment and any exposure to similar or complex engineering environments are highly preferred.
