If so, don't wait - apply now! - Location - Milton Keynes - Salary - Competitive + Benefits - Type - Permanent A hugely reputable organisation is looking for bring on board a Front End Software Developer to design and develop front-end code for a brand-new software platform. The team is relatively new, but growing and full of people who are passionate about coding and technology. The environment has the feel of a start-up company but with the backing of a large multi-national organisation. You'll be part of a team that has the autonomy to choose your own tools and technologies, with real influence over the direction of the projects and the outcome of the application. It's a fantastic opportunity to really make your mark. You'll be integral to the development of front-end code, utilising JavaScript (+ libraries & frameworks), Jenkins/Git, and SQL/NoSQL on Windows & Linux OS. You'll be part of a Scrum team that has two-week sprints, refining stories with business owners. You'll also be involved with integrating CI/CD pipeline into Jenkins and other tools. As the preferred candidate, you'll ideally have experience of the following: - JavaScript expertise (ideally with experience in React/Flux, ES6, Gulp, Babel, or Webpack) - Testing knowledge (e.g. Selenium, Cucumber, Sinon.JS, or Enzyme etc.) - Jenkins/Git - AWS, Mesos or Docker - SQL/NoSQL - Windows & Linux OS experience In return, you'll receive a competitive salary & benefits.
