Evolve Selection are currently recruiting for an exciting new opportunity with a dynamic and supportive Pharmaceutical organisation. Our client has an extensive product range within the CNS market. This exciting role will be working as a Junior Product Manager based in the company's head office in Stevenage. You will be responsible for developing, applying and assessing product specific marketing plans to achieve both short and long term agreed business objectives, including sales and commercial targets. Essential Requirements: Degree or equivalent professional marketing qualification. Strong personal management skills including time management, workload prioritisation, responsiveness, multi-tasking and flexibility. Excellent planning and organisational skills. Excellent communication skills. Strong numeracy and literacy skills. An understanding of the NHS. Strong teamwork skills. Role Responsibilities: Support the production of product specific marketing plans which deliver sales and profitability targets. Help develop plans in conjunction with relevant internal stakeholders. Help monitor and review tactical plans against key performance indicators and to take corrective action as required. Take specific responsibility for a variety of projects. Act as a key point of contact with external agencies. Monitor and control delegated budgets within area of responsibility. Ensure adherence to company standard operating procedures and compliance with The APBI Code of Practice. Have responsibility for the collation of all sales reports for both dedicated and syndicated sales teams. Develop a therapeutic and market expertise within the therapy area. Assume responsibility for stock control of branded materials; ensuring timely review and update within their certification cycle. Support the delivery of national sales conferences and events.
