The business was setup in 1995 and now in its 19th year by Trevor Taylor, our Managing Director. We now have a team of 13 and look after more than 139 Servers and over 1,300 workstations across a wide range of businesses. Job Description We are a team of highly qualified and skilled IT individuals and as such, we are committed to keeping abreast of technology developments. Each of our IT support engineers hold Microsoft qualifications, and we actively encourage them to progress through the Microsoft programmes, ensuring that we consistently deliver against your company goals and expectations. These qualifications are hard work, demanding a thorough knowledge of each area of expertise. Duties/ Responsibilities - Provide 1st line support and gather information - Find solution to problems and have a hands-on approach to support activities - Assist 2nd & 3rd line technicians - Routine system admin tasks - Professional it support - Data backup solutions - Cloud computing - Internet connectivity - Business support Qualities / essential requirements - Excellent customer service skills - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Eagerness to learn - Eagerness to develop your IT Skills - Organisational skills - Attention to detail Desired Qualifications 3 x GCSE (or equivalent) at grades A-C in any subject plus GCSE English and Maths (or equivalents) at grade D or above Other information Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm Benefits There is free parking and additional benefits include a duvet days, birthday day off, limitless supply of coffee from our Nespresso coffee machine and breakfasts on Mondays!
