Hands on Agile Coach - Transformation Programme Nyman Resourcing is a leading Agile Resourcing and Services Company that has built its business principles based on Agile. We have an opportunity for a "hands on" Agile Coach to support the Agile Transformation Programme we are carrying out for one of our clients. We require the services of an experienced Transformation Agile Coach who is equipped to provide and support team level coaching on Agile best practice and methodologies within a strategic change programme as well as being part of the wider Coaching team: The assignment will focus on the following: - Leading and Coaching both portfolio and product teams, including Agile best practices in development and testing techniques - Empowering projects and teams to use initiative and embrace Agile within their programmes of work and provide and train on the relevant tools - Being a point of contact/ Subject Matter Expert for our client's project team members providing advice and guidance to achieve successful delivery outcomes - Liaising with stakeholders and developers globally Experience: - Proven experience as an Agile Coach with both technical development and business environments with a "passion for the detail" and a "hands on approach" to coaching and training - Prior experience with Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban and XP. Lean experience also advantageous - Experienced in working with Global and Corporate teams including offshore development and testing - Solid understanding of the software development life cycle, as well as Business-to-Business and Business to Technology projects - Understanding and application of Agile testing methodologies - Strong interpersonal skills including collaboration, and team building - Excellent Stakeholder management skills - The ability to understand business needs and culture quickly and effectively to gain trust and confidence from Stakeholders
